INSTITUTIONS
The Church runs the following medical and ministerial institutions.
The Leprosy Hospital located at Ekpene Obom, Akwa Ibom State. The hospital was established in 1933.

She also runs Holley Memorial Hospital, Ochadamu, Kogi State. Founded in 1949, the 148-bed capacity hospital is headed by Dr. Abimbola Ariyo.

There are three institutions for the training of ministers and missionaries.
The oldest, Samuel Bill Theological College (SBTC), located at Abak, Akwa Ibom State was established in 1941. The Rector is Rev. V. I. Philips. The school runs courses for the award of Diploma, Higher Diploma and Bachelor degree in different areas of ministerial studies.

Peter Achimugu College of Theology (PACT) founded in 1960 is headed by Rev. (Dr.) J. B. Abba. The main campus is located at Ankpa, Kogi State. The institution runs courses in Ministerial Studies, Theology. They award Diploma, Bachelor of Theology Degree and Post Gradute degree in Christian Religious Studies /Education. William Wheatley Theological College is located at Oloko in Abia State. It is headed by Rev. O. P. Jonah. Courses in the institution lead to the award of Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Ministerial Studies in addition to the Bachelor of Divinity Degree. Area Conferences and Township Superintendencies run private nursery, primary and secondary schools.
