The Church is served by a dynamic Missions Board, headed by Rev. I. H. Usoro, an accomplished evangelist. In collaboration with the National office, the Board is responsible for missions related matters, including the administration of missions outstations and the welfare of all missionaries under the National Conference.

It has a great vision for an effective outreach to the unreached peoples of West and North Africa. The Area Conferences also have their Missions Boards, which serve the same purpose but at the Area Conference level.
